It's Michelle Looi

A Women as a role model

A role model is someone we admire and someone we aspire to be like. We learnt through them, through their commitment to excellence and through their ability to make us recognise our own personal growth.Positively, we look them for their encouragement and guidance. And, recently it just happened to me. It was last year, December 2016 where I personally met someone through ' SPARK Leadership Programme' during their leadership program at Vinashini Home and she is Ms Michelle Looi. Thought she was an ordinary programme facilitator for the leadership programme but when I approached and spoke to her little bit I came to know her is she's a Pharmacist! I asked her why she ends up as a facilitator. She smiles and replied me back ' It's all about volunteering and she's love what she's doing momentarily'. Ms Michelle uses her medical knowledge to help those underprivileged children, as well adult and children's with special needs. It was one of the best moment in my life and I didn't believe that these type of souls still exists in the world.
